Kindly to all Abu Dhabi University Students,
Most of us has noticed a problem in finding more sections and instructors for each course; However, the problem resulted from the incomplete graduation plans which the Administration department asked for last two semesters. The following are some recommendations, advantages and comments about this issue:
Recommendations:
1-Everyone should go to his advisor and seek guidance or information about the courses which he doesn’t know anything about before enrolling in it.
2-Everyone should seek an advisor who is involved in the same college.
3-Everyone should decide which courses is he going to take next semesters regardless of any circumstances as everyone can change it in case of any emergencies.
4-Everyone should pick the courses which he is most likely going to take regardless of its availability.
5-Everyone who didn't apply his graduation plan or didn't adjust it honestly or properly should adjust it properly and submit it before December to increase the chance of getting more of the university qualities next semester.
Advantages:
1-Less crowded classes (Could be 50 or less).
2-Bigger variety of instructors (More freedom in choosing who is better understandable to different learners).
3-More sections; Therefore, more timings, more flexible and more comfortable in choosing the best times that suits each.
4-Less frustration from the noise.
5-Better performance and attitude from the instructor.
6-Less pressure on the staff.
Comments and Extra Info:
1-It doesn't matter which course or major are you going to take or switch to as you should select a course or a major that already exists at the beginning to save time instead of waiting for the other course or Major to open.
2-I don't think that any has to pay in advance before the new semester comes.
3-It takes between 1-5 months for the university to get an instructor so please try to be quick in adjusting your graduation plans.
4-The courses has to be specified honestly so the Administration will know which courses they should bring instructors for.
5-Not all courses can be taken during any semesters; Please seek Your Advisor for guidance.
